Cette grille ne concerne que les différences entre les Statut de Partenaire, Educateur Coordinateur de Projet et Responsable de Programme, et ne concerne ni les nombres de journées missionnées ni les montants d’argent versés pour ces missions, ni non plus les fiches de Postes listant leurs tâches. Les nombres de journées missionnées et les montants d’argent versés pour ces missions sont vues dans le cadre des Lettres de Missions et dépendent directement des Structures de Coût établies pour chaque projet.
Dans le cas d’un-e Chef-fe de Projet, si le total de journées missionnées une fois que toutes les structures de coûts des projets dont il-elle est responsable sont additionnées, dépasse son temps de disponibilité, il-elle doit alors, soit devenir Responsable de Programme, soit déléguer une partie de ses projets à un-e autre Chef-fe de Projet.
Si un Chef de Projet valide des points relevant du Responsable de Programme, il n’y a pas de statut intermédiaire. Il peut décider de développer sa capacité à atteindre le Statut de Responsable de Programme.
