The steps presented below concerning the mandates of the Centre for Scientific Living or the Research and Education Program.
Implementation stages of the call for tenders

- Meeting with all potential mandataries (emulation, consideration of the creative team concept, social dimension)
- Telephone meeting - formalization of mandate creation steps, placement of each pillar

- First Actions (from June N+1 to August N+1)
- End of the initial training and end the mutual testing period (September N+1)
- Beginning of the further training and the progressive implementation (from September N+1)
Selection criteria (January, February N)
- Compatibility with the NGOs objective
- Development capacity to estimate by our team of developers
- Skills or desire of their acquisition; training feasible, meeting the needs of candidates
- Profile of project creators (achievements, failures and reasons)
- Ability to follow the process listed in the first section
- Commitment (engagement letter to add in the early stages)
- Other existing tasks in parallel with the project design, actual ability to have time

Membership criteria, mandate signing (September N)
- Document writing and identification of needs (resources, training)
- Attitude towards the year spent together
- Minimum time commitment (3 years) regarding the return on training time investment (based on profiles)
- Success in showing the procedures progression of the year (first meeting, assessed filling of the first gaps)
