You can access these after requesting integration on the site as at least a partner. Some access is also granted to observers, to whom we wish to provide a deeper view of everything this portal offers. Finally, if you apply as a scientific educator or researcher within the organization, you will have even more extensive access.

 Regulations

Regarding regulations, once logged in with an advanced confidentiality level on this portal, you have access to numerous informational pages outlining methodological, legal, and logistical perspectives, enabling highly effective teamwork. There are about ten instances for which the Internal Regulations are documented, ranging from the Scientific Stay Centers to Headquarters, including the functioning of the Resource Center team itself. If you work or will work within the NGO, your position is certainly documented here.

 Work Groups

The Work Groups are forums rich in methodological or technological monitoring information. There are 15 levels of work groups, and depending on your access level, you have access to all those at your level and all groups below it. As you progress within the NGO, year after year, you gain regular access to new Work Groups. This growth aligns with the trust level in the work you perform within the team.

 Steering Cells

Steering Cells are forums reserved for the NGO’s operational members worldwide, including long-term partners or those who have signed a contract related to a specific project. These cells are divided between “Action Programs” on the one hand (Scientific Vacations, Science Discovery Classes, Solidarity Science Leave, Conferences...) and “Progression” on the other (typical year, timeline, stages, current five-year plan...). All these cells enable teams worldwide to progress in coherence with their context, in sync with one another, while keeping priorities and expertise in mind.

On the homepage, you’ll find various keywords allowing you to access all portal services by theme. Please note that all shortcuts available to you only appear when you are logged in. Otherwise, you will only see public shortcuts.
