Here you will find the steps to follow and the pages to complete for a new Trip project. The selection and validation steps for your new Trip proposal can be found at this link.

For a new trip:
- Log in (create an account) at www.vacances-scientifiques.com/ecrire
- Go to the TRIP OUTLINES subsection (you can find it using the search field at www.vacances-scientifiques.com/ecrire)
- Create an article and complete all the fields
- Once these fields are completed, open this PowerPoint, fill it in, then record yourself presenting on PowerPoint, and export your recording in .mp4 format

Once done, notify your contact, and everything can be sent to the OSI collective to help you finalize your project.
