- Description:
- Conduct monitoring of significant scientific themes related to sustainable development that are currently not addressed, or only partially addressed, by OSI, to propose the creation of new programs or new projects within existing programs.
- Make this monitoring report available to the Executive Committee.
- Responsible for producing Calls for Projects for themes selected by the Executive Committee.
- Publish Calls for Participatory Research Participatory Research see : http://www.voyages-scientifiques.com Projects on specific themes on OSI’s institutional website.
- Implementation and/or Follow-up Format:
- Collective monitoring by each of you through postings on the forum on this page.
- The individual in charge of this desk compiles a summary to present to the Executive Committee (in charge of the Program Committee) at any time during the year, and at a minimum during the annual Program Committee.
- When a theme is selected by the Executive Committee, an update message is posted on the discussion thread in the forum that suggested this theme.
- When a Call for Projects is published, an update message is posted on the discussion thread in the forum that suggested this theme, and the thread is marked as resolved and closed.
- Response Timeframe: Maximum 30 days
