An Internal Project Assistance Fund is jointly managed by the NGO’s Local Groups and the International Headquarters.

Each Local Group of the NGO has an Internal Projects Fund. Its use is allocated as follows:

• 80% of the funds are available to support the development of the Local Group or a specific project of the Local Group.
  • For amounts equal to or less than 10,000 euros: Decision is subject to the approval of the Local Group’s Operations Management AND the General Management of the International Headquarters.
  • For amounts exceeding 10,000 euros: Decision is subject to the approval of the Local Group’s Shared Governance AND the Management Committee of the International Headquarters.
• 20% of the funds are available to support the development of the international NGO or a specific project of the international NGO.
  • For amounts equal to or less than 10,000 euros: Decision is subject to the approval of the Local Group’s Operations Management AND the General Management of the International Headquarters.
  • For amounts exceeding 10,000 euros: Decision is subject to the approval of the Local Group’s Shared Governance AND the Management Committee of the International Headquarters.
